To uninstall DAEMON Tools, you need to use DAEMON Tools Uninstaller app that should have been copied to Applications during the installation. If not, you can download it here. So:

Quit the program, using its contextual menu in Dock.

Go to the menu bar and choose Applications option here. Find and launch DAEMON Tools Uninstaller app.

Check Save all preferences and registration information option if you don't want to reconfigure the program after the next installation and Send feedback option to tell us why you have removed DAEMON Tools from your computer. Then click Uninstall button.

DAEMON Tools has been successfully uninstalled. Click OK button and restart your Mac.
